How It Works
Cortex Wholesale is the one place approved businesses buy every Cortex USA, Inc. brand at wholesale pricing. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
1. Apply
Fill out the wholesale application. It takes about two minutes. We ask for your company name, contact details, business type, and a resale certificate or EIN.
2. Get approved
We review every application and approve most within 1 to 2 business days. You will get an email when your account is ready. Until then, prices stay hidden.
3. Log in and shop your price
Once approved, log in and every product shows your wholesale price next to the MSRP, so you can see your margin on each item. Larger partners qualify for Tier 2 and Tier 3 pricing, which take an extra percentage off every order.
4. Pay by ACH
We accept ACH bank transfer only. No cards, no fees. After you place your order, we send payment details within one business day. Your order is prepared once the transfer clears.
5. Pick up in Miami Lakes
There is no shipping charge because there is no shipping. Orders are picked up from our warehouse at 5820 NW 163rd St., Miami Lakes, FL 33014. We email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
